♡ Terms of Service ♡
❑ As the artist, I have all rights to decline your commission wherever I see fit.
❑ Payments are made through Paypal and Venmo only.
❑ No refunds after 24 hours of confirming the transaction. If I showed no signs of progress for three months, you are entitled to a full refund then.
❑ Preferably, I would suggest you commission me when you're financially responsible and have low chances of an emergency to take the payment back. For that, I will refund you based on how far I got into your commission if any given circumstances push you to back out of the commission.
❑ Please provide a clear reference of the character(s) being requested to be drawn. I will not accept descriptions of them unless I am creating a character reference or you have plenty of images as solid examples of what you want, otherwise it'd be really difficult to work with your commission(s).
♡ Process ♡
❑ Contact me through my email (yumerain715@gmail.com) or my Instagram DMs to bring up any questions or concerns with my commissions. Whenever you are ready, please send the commission type(s) you wish to order and character references.
❑ I will usually try to start the commission right away, but if you wish to receive progress shots do let me know! I will be happy to send them.
❑ When the commission is completed, please provide an email with remembered login info for me to email the high quality files. As I usually use commissioned artwork for my portfolio, do let me know if you would not like me to post or display the artwork on my pages.
❑ As personal use, you are free to use the artwork for social media profile pictures, banners, backgrounds, etc. You may also print the artwork out for your own use, but not for distribution as a freebie at events or to sell as merch. If you would like those rights, you must pay for the commercial use fee. I usually would prefer if I am credited whenever my artwork is in use, but I won't enforce it just because of the hassle and I trust that you're truthful about the commission.
❑ I am happy to make any revisions throughout any point of the product, but if it becomes too much to the point where you and I are not satisfied, then I will have to ultimately cancel the commission.
❑ Deadlines are usually acceptable, but if it doesn't work within my IRL schedule then I will have to make an extra charge (varies based on time).
